i recently had my competition stage 4 clutch installed on my itr tranny.. so now wen i tried to shift from 1st-2nd, i have let the rmps drop a little bit so i can get into 2nd gear quickly and 3rd gear as well

any ideas on what could b the problem?

 

The clutch may not be releasing completely. You may need adjust the pushrod for the master cylinder under the dash. The procedure is outlined in the service manual.
