Default ls tranny help!

So I recently bought a 98 integra and the tranny was out. So I end up buying a new tranny and put it in. Drove the car for about a week. I started to hear this clicking noise as the car rolls.. you could hear it coming from the passenger side. after driving it for a few weeks. One night I drove down the block put it into 2nd and it stopped going. Its starts up and everything but when trying to put into any gear it just like its in neutral and doesn't go into any gear.. any help would be great.

Check to make sure the axles are seated properly and that neither axle is broken at the cv joints. If that checks out suspect a blown diff.

Sounds like a shift linkage or and axle has popped out.
