Default Jumps when accelerating

Just had bearings and ball joints replaced. So onto putting the knuckles back on today, and went for a test drive. When throttle is a 1/4 to full down it jumps or feel like it's hestitate. I can only accelerate slowly (just touching the throttle) It's not a electric/ignition related problem I know for sure.

I have searched about and it seems axles/cv joints is related to problems similar to mine

Wheel nuts and axle nuts is tighten to spec. Wheels are balanced. No warped discs.

I tried accelerating slowly in 1st gear with the car on jack stands and it jumped/hesitated. Gave it some throttle when the car was on the ground in neutral and there was no hesitation/jumping

Could it be axles or cv joints? Do I need to get complete axles if thats the case?

No problem before work was done

Car is EK9 facelift 1999
