My passenger side axle pops out only when I actually get on it and the tires spin. It doesn't pop out fully it just comes out enough so you can't drive it. I put it back in place and drive it normal. It makes a noise only when you let go of the gas it makes the noise when the cars rolling. This started with my old tranny I bought a new one put it in the axle was still popping out, so I ordered a brand new mfactory LSD had a tranny shop do all the work, and its still making this noise and pops out but only if you get on it.I need some advice please thanks

 

Well are your axels good....have you tried other axle

Their is a ring that goes on the axle(the part that goes into the tranny)....check that also

 

This is my second brand new axle but from AutoZone. The first one I changed the c clip twice and it was still popping out. I bought brand new front upper skunk 2 control arms put all energy suspension bushings on the front lower control arms still doing it. I'm going to try and buy another axle tomorrow

 

I had the same problem. It end up being someone installed the wrong axle seal. The shaft would not fit through the seal. It just got wedged in and popped out on acceleration. I had to order the correct seal from honda. After installing new seal. Never had a problem popping out again
