Today was a bad day for some reason. In the morining on the way to work for some reason my clutch went all the way down. With a few pumps to the clutch i was able to use it. Now it is spongey at first and then makes a little drop back into spongyness. Also I get this weird howl and faint squeal when i clutch and downshift into a lower gear like 2 and sometimes 3. I was wondering why my clutch is spongey, and whats up with the howl?
Any help would be apperciated.

Sum it all up, i have a spongey clutch, Howl somewere around tranny when downshifting in to a lower gear. Need help on fixing both. For a fact im sure my Pilot bearing is out because its really squeky.

 

Quick update.

Bleed my clutch and didnt find any airbubbles. My clutch is less spongey but still soft.

 

I have found the leak, and its under my dash right behind the clutch pedal. Leak is so bad that carpet has been severley damaged. I was wondering what that part is called. Also if any one can point me in the right direction. I drive a 97 Integra GSR coupe.
