Icon2 how do I...

so a friend of mine has a 91 civic w/ manual trans and needs a new clutch. I'm just wondering if someone has a write up on how we would go about dropping the trans and replacing the clutch. I tried the search button but came up with nothing, Im new to front wheel drive cars and can honestly say i have never worked on one before but have taken the trans out and replaced the clutch on my 00' z28 a few times with no problems. So if anyone can chime in and point me in the right direction on this it would be appreciated

Its really not hard at all. Support the motor then remove the starter, axles, shift linkage, tranny mounts, and clutch cable. Then the bolts holding the engine to the block. If your like me I can pull a 88-00 civic engine in 45min-1hr so I always change the clutch out of the car... Easier for me but may not be for you.
