Any codes? Flashing D light?

Could be a great many things but early signs of transmission failure are at the top of my list.

Probably not a speed sensor, that would typically set a MIL.

Without a scan tool everything will just be speculation. A scan tool will show all the speed sensors and what gear is being commanded.

The Honda autos usually work right up until they don't and then it is rebuild/replace time.
