going from hydro trans to cable trans?

Default going from hydro trans to cable trans?

what all do i need to replace when going from a hydro to a cable trans.

ive got a 91 da and its got a hydro trans now wit a cable to hydro actuator and i dont like it its got the wrong bracket and it was rough on my clutch to the point where its sliping now, but i just want to kno what else do i need to change, release bearing? clutch/pressure plate?

Depends on which cable trans you get. You'll want the appropriate cable mount on the trans (rear mount should be fine) and you'll want to buy the clutch based on which trans you'll be getting. The 88-91 trans have a different input shaft setup than the 92-93's. Pressure plate should be fine to work with either, but don't hold me to that. You'll probably be best to get clutch and pressure plate from new rather than reuse anything from the current clutch.
