i see alot of posting on trannys id like to know if staying with a auto is possible or should i just go a head and try to swapp out for a manual ?

 

have a 2001 entegra with auto tranny in floor along with shift indicater?

 

I'm not sure what this means. Possible in what context? You can do most engine modifications, but tuning will be difficult. Also, you're stuck with a 4 speed slushbox -- not exactly a performance platform. But it's fine for daily driving for people who don't mind automatic transmissions.

As far as swapping goes -- unless you are already majorly invested in this car you're better off selling the car and buying one with a manual transmission.
