ok i have a b20vtec with exdey stage 1 clutch stock flywheel. i had my stock 91 LS trans on the car worked fine no problems i just chaged over to my S1 b16 trans and the problem im having is when i press the clutch all gear go in smooth perfectly fine. i put the trans into first gear i let off the clutch to roll and i have a rough grinding noise.. idk.. wtf it is if i let the clutch all the way out IN GEAR the car WILL NOT stall it stays on the throw out bearing is good the axel is installed correctly i dont no what it is? maybe need a different clutch? please give me some input.

are you using the right clutch disc for the trans your using? there are 2 different clutch discs for cable tranny's.
