Default Chatter problem

I recently replaced my trans with a jdm gsr trans on my ls motor. After it was installed I got a chatter when coming to a stop and the clutch pedal pushed to the floor. It felt like the clutch was still engaged a little.I figured I had air in my clutch line. So I bled it. It got a little better but still chattered coming to a stop. Long story short motor went boom gave trans to my brother. We put it in his teg and its doing the same thing. We replaced slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, bled the hell out of it and still have the same problem. It shifts fine and has no other problems. The last time we bled it I heard a girgling sound from the clutch master cylinder. Which sounds like air to me but at this point Im lost. Any Ideas?

No I didnt. His trans and clutch functioned perfectly. Just wanted to upgrade to the gsr tranny. On the other hand my clutch was brand new at the time of the install in my car.
