cable clutch problem help

Default cable clutch problem help

hey guys i need some help.i have a 90 ls/v wit a b16a trans. i installed my clutch yesterday its a stage 3 i got to put my tranny on try ou t the clutch and there is no pressure on my pedal i adjusted the cable blah blah the pedal moves the fork up and down getting stuck at the bottom but no pressure im also having a clearance problem with the fork the bottom of my clutch cable it hitting the tranny which is most likeley causeing it to get stuck but i was seeing if anybody had some suggestions i was tthink my clutch plate is backwords but if it was wouldnt the pressure plate not fit right and would that solve my clearance issue some guy was saying something about a retainer and the clutch only has 1/2 play i have no idea what he was saying but i didnt change my throwout bearing and i only feel pressure at about a half in off the floor help me out please
