Default Action Clutch selection

I am needing a new clutch and flywheel for my 400hp turbo B series, and from everything I've read and looking at the prices I think I am going with Action Clutch.

Questioning the holding capacity though and wanted to see what others' experience with Action Clutches have been.

My options are the

-1MS/1MD which state a 170% increase in torque capacity....

-2MS/2MD which are 200-400% increase and would be plenty/overkill

- Planning to get their 10lb chromoly flywheel

If I go based off the stock torque numbers from my transmission which would be a B18b1 that's 120lb/ft. Does that mean the 1MS clutch will safely hold 324lb/ft of torque?

If so, I think I will be okay with that option. I don't want to overdo it since it is a street car.

The car made 400whp on the dyno at 17psi from the previous owner, but I don't know the torque number.

If it makes 400whp the 1MS/MD isn't enough, you need the 2MS/2MD.
