Default 96 Civic throwing tranny codes

Well, my amazing car has decided its tired I guess. The reader sayes codes p0700, p0740, p0730 and 2 others my dad has written down. We did a flush and it still won't run right. When your goin down the road a little ways it just drops out of gear in neutral. Stop and restart and then does it again. This is how I got home. So, we were wondering if changing the Torque converter sylenoid will work and where is it on the tranny?

You will need to replace the transmission and converter.
