Now, he wants to get the b16 swap and is selling his zc. he told me it will bolt right into my trans. is this true. and if im correct i have to change my ecu to obd0 right? please help me out i want to make sure this swap will work.

The tranny will bolt up, and you'll need to run a PM7 or PG7 ECU for obd-0, the thing I'm not sure of is if it wires right up to your engine harness or ecu harness. And I think you may need the injector resistor box, I'm not sure if your injectors are saturated or peak and hold. So theres a few more questions you'll need answered.

After doing some quick looking the 92-95 Si and EX have saturated injectors but they dont list dx or lx...but we (88-91) have peak-hold injectors. So if you also have saturated injectors you will need a resistor box from a mpfi 88-91 civic/crx as the resistances are different.
Look around for obd-1 to obd-0 conversion.
