ZC rods in a D16A6?

Default ZC rods in a D16A6?

Will ZC rods work in a D16A6, or any other D16 engine for that matter? And if they do, will there be any drawbacks or benefits from doing this?

the d series 1.6 rods are 1.6 rods. all same specs. the dohc zc are said to be "bigger" but not proven to be any stronger.
