hi guys. I have a 89 honda crx si with a zc dohc. this is my problem.

car was driving fine, went home, parked the car. Next day i wanted to turn it on
and it didnt.

After a couple attempts the engine turned but it seemed like 2 pistons only were working, sounded kind like a old vw bug haha. ho well so.

i check spark every single hone fire normaly, inspected and tested injector and they were perfect, inspected timing, i opened the valve cover to be a 100 that the holes on the cams were aligned withthe holes on the head. Totally exelent timing. tdc aligned too

i Checked for blown head gasket but it doesnt seem it is, no sweet smell, no radiator spitting out coolant.

ecu not trowing codes at all, and tested with a new one and still the same.

ho and the car doesnt stay on, so could it be head gasket, or do i need to check something else?

i would check the main relay.

 

well those are not symtoms of main relay, but hey i found the problem myself, i dont know if is to common but the rocker arm detached from the valve and it was not working and stuck, i would send a pic but is a pain in the *** trying to upload it thanks.

what does it mean that my posted got moved?
