I tried searching but couldnt find anything does anyone have the clearances for ZC rod & main bearings? tia.

 

from what the guys at the shop said who did my zc swap and rebuilt it...the bottom end is exactly the same as a d15b7 1.5L ..said to have same size rods,pistons,cranks.and same size journal's if that helps. BUT NOW THATS JUST WHAT I WAS TOLD NOT WHAT I KNOW!!

 

if there the same then it should be journals1 and 5-0.0007 to 0.0014inch
journals2,3,4-0.0009 to 0.0017inch thats for mains and the rods are...1.6526 to 1.6535inches and 0.002maximum on all main journals only
