ys1 cable tranny problem

ys1 cable tranny problem
Ok I need to convert the speedo to electronic. I dont see how this is going to happen.
This is what they look like when next to eachother, the ys1 speed sensor is on the left, the 95 civic speed sensor is on the right...

This is a pic of the 95 civic electronic speed sensing unit. Does it matter that it was taken from an auto tranny?

Please somebody who has done this before, did you have to deal with anything like this?
