Default you know how to tune ecu's?? quick question...

i have i have a gsr swap and im running a chipped p28 ecu with toda chip. my question is cant it be tuned. like for a bin to be burned on to it to program like a p72 ecu, so i can make the butterflies work (secondaries).
is this possible?

The short easy answer is get a P72

your ecu doesnt have the physical hardware to operate the functions you are trying to use

i gotta see about this...because i'm sacrificing my secondaries right now but my car still hauls *** and if i get a p72 i wont be able to tune my car unless i get it chipped out correct? what would you guys do...

Dump that band-aid chip and get a real tune, it'll run better.

thats what i'm planning on doing..

i tried out my boys ecu...he has a 92 integra with ls/vtec tuned with crome..
put it in my hatch....vtec was engaging like factory integras...rpm will just go down all the way smoothly...pulling real hard... cant wait to get my car tuned
