Default You know the difference in DA and DC-R LCAs???

I've got two LCAs. One looks like a ITR and the other looks like a DA (2nd gen integra). They both look very similar side by side. The only difference I can see on DA is that there is no holes (2) to mount the ITR ABS lines.

My question is that, can I use this LCA (besides for the fact that it doesn't have the holes for the ABS line)? It even has the hole so I can mount the ITR sway bar.
Or do I have to buy a new/correct ITR LCA? It fits and everything but would it affect how my car handles?

Also, one of the bolts got stuck in the DA LCA and broke off. The hole is threaded
and there's a broken bolt in there, how can I get it back without damaging the
thread? Do I need to bring this to the machine shop so they can get it out for
me and re-thread the hole so I can do this at home?

Thanks a lot in advance.
