its a coin toss as if it's safe or not, to run SK2 stage2's or Toda B's on your engine, with the head milling you have done. You say its about 20/thousandths shaved off eh? I think .....don't quote me though (I don't wanna be responsible if your engine dies cuz of my suggestion, heh).....that you'll be ok or at the border of insanity...err...piston-valve contact if you go with the Sk2 stage 2's. I hear the skunk2s are pretty close to Toda B's, but I don't have hard facts on that nor do I know anyone who's dyno compared them...
The choice is yours to test and tune either brand cams with your engine setup. Think about it for a while, or just try a bit of a milder cam, such as a Toda A or Sk2 Stage1's.

but.. i already have a jdm spec itr intake manifold on mah pr3 head... hmm how about swapping it with the same pr3 head but i dont mill it..hmmm? cause i dont want my itr intake manifold go to waste...
