first of all im not sure if this is in the right place but i saw transmissions on the description so yeah.... anyway. i have a tranny i got from a friend. he had as ls motor that blew a tranny. so he got one from a junkyard. it says y80 -1070785 is the number on the front of it. he said it was a gsr tranny because of the y80. i know that ls's and crap have the y80 too. we were at the dragstrip and he was doing 2 wheel burn outs in the burnout box. so he said it had an lsd in it too. if eventually went bad to so he gave it to me for the lsd. there is no stamp that says it on there though. and when i look through the axle housing area there is a bar going straight down in the center. i dont think it does have an lsd though so could anyone help me out?

 

nevermind i found the answer myself. if there is that bar then its not an lsd. oh well
