Default wut are the best settings for a Vtec controler

i just got my vtec controler in and i dont knoe wut settings for my civic ex to make me have good prefoments, my mods are cai , fuel regulator , cat back exhost, and underdrive pully, so wut would be the bast setting for my vtec controler??

go to a dyno make a run on only the normal lobe then make a run only on the vtec lobe and where they cross theres ure optimum vtec point

umm u have just a vtec controller? all that does is adjust where vtec engages

every engine is different. if you dont tune that thing with a wideband O2 and a dyno you could be running super lean and cause damage... in GT3 things dont break... here you have to know whats up

in GT3 things dont break... here you have to know whats up
i like that but with thoes mods dont wory stock fuel pressure will b fine

I am just trying to get our friend to realize the need for a 5 gas O2 sensor for proper tuning... you will get so much farther faster, safer on a dyno with the right person interpreting the data. 15-13afr is stoich or target... sometimes adding fuel helps also, I have no first hand exp with this aspect of tuning yet however, I have seen others do so in the shop. hope it turns out good.
