WTF Ideling after converting to obd1

I recently converted to obd1 and now my car idles like **** any one know what could be wrong?

obd2a gsr motor using a jumper harness with a 92-93 gsr ecu

pull each spark plug and see if idle changes. im doing my obd0-1 and now its only idling on 3 cylinders
