I have a B16A2

I forgot what its called but the hose that goes from the intake manifold to the valve under it.

I didn't have it. both sided were closed off so i got the hose for it yesterday and installed it.

This mourning I turn my car on and my idle jumps to 2500.

Wtf happended? It didn't do it before when they were both closed.

 

You mean the hose that goes to the black canister? Specify the location of the aforementioned valve.

 

PCV valve im guessing. Now you probably have a huge vacuum leak.

I plugged them back up and the car is running fine again... i guess ill keep it that way

 

well thats not the best idea. It is to vent your crankcase. No vent leads to Excessive pressure which leads to oil leaks everywhere....eventually. You hooked it up wrong the first time, try again, there should be no vacuum leaks anywhere. Locate it with a can of carb cleaner or something similar

 

You should replace the PCV valve and hook it back up.
