Wrist Pin Troubles on Crower Rod
Hey Guys,
I have a minor problem with one of my connecting rods, I have a set of crower rods (free floating) that I have been running for about 2 years in my motor. I currently am swapping out my pistons but noticed that one of the rods is jacked up on the part that the Wrists pin slides through the rod, there is scarring on the rod and the old wrist pin and the rod doesnt move freely like a "free floating" rod is supposed to I oiled the **** out of evertying & I scotch brited that part on the rod to clear up some of the scarring but the wrist pin still doesnt move freely any solutions or should i just take it to the machine shop?? or install as is??
Thanks
John
