i havve a 94 rs that i swaped a gsr into i have fuel and spark but my car wont start

 

cranks but wont turn over

 

double-check all ground connections

 

anyone else

check any other ideas fuel spark and air

 

Could be anything man. I don't know.

 

Check the compression, see what numbers your pulling.

 

check cam timing... firing order...

 

 

You need four things to start a motor: compression, spark, timing, and fuel. Recheck all your grounds and all your connectors.

 

well i guess ill have to take it to a shop

 

is it chipped? if so, i just had a problem with my ECU fouling a chip...had to burn a new chip to get it to start.

 

as a matter of fact it is chipped shoud i try another ecu then

 

yea make sure your firing order and timing is good.

 

the ecu is fine

 

are you sure your firing is correct. that's what it sounds like to me

 

do u have any cels? and hows the timing?????

 

i have s its 21 and 22

 

those are just vtec selenoid and vtec oil pressure..they will not prevent the car from starting...did u double check the timing?... or fouled plugs(since u said u have spark)..how long has the car been sitting old gas? any gas??

 

im just going to take it to a local shop

That sounds like a good idea, have you checked the compression yet ?

 

i think it is 180 degrees off if you want we can try doing it today
