Default wiring question

The wiring harness on my h22a4 swapped eg hatch is really crappy open connections and ugly wires everywhere I plan to redo it and I'm wondering the best plan of action I thought about buying stock harness for civic and prelude and sending them out to get professionally done or since the car runs and only throws a iat code I thought about buying wire and just copying the harness in there and fixing the iat wiring also would it be possible to just use the h22a4 harness and using one of those obd2 to obd1 jumpers I don't really know a lot about wiring swaps so any info will be helpful
