Default Wiring question...

Here's the deal, I have a 92 Prelude Si4WS with the H23. The fuses in the cabin for the ECU will short out at random. Does anyone have any idea as to what might be the cause of this or how I can prevent this? I would appreciate any help.

whoa! thats a serious problem. Somehow your getting a amperage spike on those ECU fused circuits. You might grab you a chilton manual and trace down the circuits connected to the ecu fuses. If you have a known good ECU I would replace it and see if that cures the problem
