Default Wiring problem HELP

If I have a 97-99 ex harness do I STILL HAVE TOO wire a vtec line for the vtecs? 96 ek dx? For installing b18s'? Is type R wiring different or is it the same as ? An does the dx inner harness comes with the vtec lines?

is the harness is a EX like u said then it should of came with vtec already wired..DX didnt have vtec

so do i wire the vtec from the dx harness part too the ecu (help) very stuck everything is in the car already except wiring it up.

If you have an EX harness, and it is complete, then you completely remove the DX harness. The EX harness is one piece complete from the ECU to each sensor. If you are installing an OBD2 B series engine into a 96 DX and using an OBD2 ECU then you will have to run wiring for the secondary O2 sensor and also defeat the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor). There will be several wires that need to be extended on the EX harness such as the VTEC sensors, and Crank Fluctuation Sensor (you will need the plug from the B series). Check out Katman's website for some good details on this.
