ok i think my fuel pump is bad so i borrowed one from a friend to test it out... he handed it to me today and i noticed that two wires look like they have been cut... on the underside there is a single blue one.. and on the top a black one htat appears to be a ground... i cant get ahold of him to ask if he cut them... so can i just ground the black one to the chassis? and where does the blue one connect too? thanks for any help
