Default wire tucking

ive got almost the whole drivers side done. but, im affraid about lengthening the wires going to my fuel injectors. i have my resistor box mounted toward the front of the fender and i wanted to run the fuel injiector wires through a hole i widened up near the clutch resevoir. or, icould run them under neath on the frame rail. im just affraid that by lengthening those wires it could inherently effect something else. anyone experience any problems when lengthening wire that led to a sensor or the fuel injectors??
