Default Wipers wont return to park?

Hey guys im wondering why my wipers on my newly purchased car wont return to the parked position. Currenlty they stay in a goal post style. I recently replaced the icu, stalk, and wiper motor but this did not fix this. What could be wrong?

Will they return to "park" after running them in any of the "on" positions..what I mean is if you run them in intermitent, high, low any of those, when you turn it off will it go back to park or do they go in the "goal post" position all the times. I'm thinking maybe it's the switch itself on your steering column. If you've already replace that, then I'm not really sure what it could be since you said you did the motor. There's only so many parts to the windsheild wiper system.

probably the arms under the cowl panel out of time. turn the wipers off, remove the wiper motor, put the wipers in the parked position, then reinstall.
