Default Winter beater= no heatercore..solution?

Well i picked up an 88 sentra and the heater core blew on me a few weeks ago and its starting to get cold out. I was wondering if there were any OTHER ways i could heat my car without having to replace the heater core. I tried finding some heaters i could just plug in my cig lighter or up to my battery but ive found none. If anyone knows where i could find something let me know!
- Thanks

this is a long shot but try places that sell parts for tractor trailers or motorhomes. i would bet they have something that runs off 12v.

How about heater packets than chemically get hot and lasts 24 hours.

for the cheap *** ghetto solution, go directly to the source, jc whitney

http://www.jcwhitney.com/product.jht...D=5632&BQ=jcw2

they have some others, but this one seemed most appropriately priced for a winter beater

who has driven a car with no heat before

true

the electical system of that car (or damn near any car) cant supply enough current to heat your car. look at what that stupid little jc whitney heater says: ". It will not heat car interior and is not intended to replace vehicle's heating system.
