windshield wipers dont work

windshield wipers dont work

on my friends 92 civic vx his wipers wont turn on. he checked the fuse and that was fine. any ideas on how to track the problem down?

check your wiper motor for any power going to it. if you don't know how to check it I recommend you invest in this: http://www.helminc.com

If I'm correct there is a relay under the hood in the fuse box that has something to do with the wipers...I can't remember if its labeled for the wipers...but it's worth checking...

yeah it says wiper motor relay on it.
