Default Winding Noise from the tranny

When I my rpm reaches around 7000 my transmission winds and the shifter vibrates, it happens in every gear so Im thinking its the differential... can anyone elaborate?

Definitely not the diff. If it were the diff, it would only happen at one vehicle speed. But if it happens at only one engine speed, then it's something on the input side of the tranny.
