Default wilwood brake line and bleeding question? please help

When you bleed the 4 piston caliper do you start with the top 2 one at a time and then bleed the bottom two? Also do you just loosen the bottom part of the bleeder screw ( where its gold) or on the black part on top. Also should you start the car while bleeding?

Also on the new SS lines with the plastic coating they have a built in 90 degree bend at one end. Does it matter which side that bend connects on?

I also spilled a little brake fluid on top of the alternator. Would that cause the car not to start? I'm gonna let it sit and see if it will start.
