Default Will this work?

Can I swap out a US ITR LSD and put it in a GSR Trannie?

yep..
Hydro GSR/LS/Si Coupe/CTR/ITR differentials & LSD's are all interchangeable.

however...
hydro 92-95 Y21/S21 trannies are not interchangeable...somewhat.
Why? because the diameter of the ring is smaller than that of GSR/LS/Si Coupe/CTR/ITR's ring.

you should be ok if you have a GSR tranny though - and using an ITR LSD.
