It will pass the sniffer as long as it has all the smog equipment hooked up (catalytic convertor, etc.) looks like all the same year parts are used (ecu motor, etc.)It's the visual thats going to be the problem, and you have to have carb e.o. #on all the aftermarket stuff,(header, intake ,etc.) then you can get the BAR sticker. Honestly it looks like you would pass, maybe just couple of things need to be changed or bought togarauntee it. OOOOPS!!!!!!!!!the ecu will have to be obd2 and same year as the motor.PASS then throw back the conversion harness.

it has all the smog equipment, like the cat and 02 sensor, silencer on the exhaust also. i dont have a CARB sticker on the intake, which is the only aftermarket thing on the motor. the ecu is 0BD1 GSR because i dont have the secondary 02, if i use the ITR ecu, it will throw that code. other than that, it runs clean, no smoke or leak...

you will need to run an obd2 ecu, so get a cat with a secondary 02 and wire it up and you should be ok

Having that intake won't pass visual inspection.

Intake will pass just as long you have the CARB EO sticker, for that model like(AEM)and yes you have to have the right ECU as the year motor to pass and everything for that year motor has to be operating, secondary O2 sensor etc. it sounds easy but trust me it's not, they give the car a very thorough inspection, my friend went back 3 times and his engine bay looked like factory!!!!!!!!!!maybe cause it was HB (huntington beach)
