i have my p75 socketed and ready to burn a chip, but my romulator wont seem to get the ecu to work. I have a chipped p28 layin around, and i was thinking bout trying that p28 chip in the p75 to make sure the p75 ecu was socketed correctly. So will the p28 chip work???

 

Not going to work well for youif it will even start and idle what are you using to burn chips and what software are you using?

 

NO won't work. You'll check lites the moment you start it.

 

well, i went ahead and tried it, and it started right up with a check engine light, but it was running in Limp Mode. Does the p28 run on a diff code than a p75??? Im just tryin to make sure my soldering jub is good.

I was trying to get the ecu to run using a xtronics romulator using uberdata software, but no luck at all. All it would do is crank over
