I have a 94 integra ls and before purchaisng my cam set up i want to make sure it is street legal in AZ. my set up on my car will be aem CAI, DC 4-2-1 header, crower 403 cams, skunk 2 cams gears, B&M fuel pressure regulator. So will I pass emissions

 

if it's only a driving test then yes you should be able to pass as long as your fuel pressure and ignition timing are at or around stock.

if they have a idle emmisions test in your area you might have a slight problem passing that part with those cams...........i would recommend getting a apexi s-afc and leaning it out at idle 7-10%

the cams make you idle very rich........

 

I wouldn't volunteer to the shop that, "I put in non-legal cams."
