Default Will I need a tune after an N/A build?

I don't expect a LOT of extra power from the build, just doing it for fun mostly, and because I want a little more kick.

I don't know EXACTLY what parts I'm buying yet, but I'm thinking this:

f22aX head
h23 intake manifold and TB
high compression f22a pistons (11.7:1 I believe?)
2.5" exhaust pipe
highflow magnaflow cat
headers (Maybe bisi, but it depends on whether or not I can afford them)
CAI (AEM V2 if they make it for the h23 TB, I haven't checked)

These all all rough, vague ideas. I do plan to do ALL of this, but the outcome HP will depend on the products I buy.

With all of these modifications, will I need to tweak the ECU? Or have it tuned for me, rather?
