There are OBD0 and OBD1 PR4. Both of them are designed for the B18(A/B) and will run your car fine.
The OBD0 ecu would require an OBD0 injectors and dizzy (CKP sensor has different number of teeth between OBD0 and OBD1/OBD2)
The OBD1 ecu will run the OBD2 motor (including the OBD2 injectors and OBD2 dizzy) with no problems.

Nope, the nonOBD ECU will not fire the OBDI/II dizzy. The nonOBD injectors will work with an OBDI/II ECU (and vise versa) so long as you're running an inline resistor box. Just run an OBDI ECU.
