Default Wierd Transmission Noise?

So my t.o.b. went bad in my 2000 honda prelude base model. instead of just replacing the throw out bearing, i replaced everything: pressure plate, clutch disc, new t.o.b. and flywheel...(am i missing anything)? anyways, after the clutch replacement, i started to hear this wierd "buzzing" noise at around 3.5k to 4k rpm. sounds like something is turning unevenly or wobbling. if i hold the gas at about 4k rpm it kinda constantly makes the noise, sorta cut in and out sound. so being the kind of person i am, i couldnt stand it so i did another clutch job. got my stock flywheel turned but down to about 18lbs and a new clutch kit. still getting the noise but now it does it inbetween shifts. like right after you shift and start to gas it, u can hear something turning unevenly or wobbling as it climbs alittle up the rpm and the noise goes away. was wondering if anyone is having this problem or have solved it?

notes: first clutch set up and flywheel was with gay *** xtd clutch and xtd 12lbs cromoly flywheel. second was hot spotted flywheel turned down probably under specs and an oe type clutch kit.
