Default Why would cyl 2 be running lean?

I have a b16a obd0 with a PR3 chipped with BRE. I am running the stock fuel/ignition maps, with just modifed vtec and launch control. The other day I started my car and whenever I gave it more than half throttle just reving it and you studder and misfire at low rpms. I pulled my plugs and 1,3 and 4 were all gray and a little bit of brown. Number 2 was all silver/white. My ring is getting worse in that cyl and now I know why. I changed out the injector with a known good one. I checked voltage from the injector plug and its getting voltage. I have to wait for the plugs to change more but I can already see a slight difference in the color between the rest of the cylinders. What else could be making one cylinder run lean when the others are running fine?

Compression results:
190 175 200 196
After adding a couple drops of oil to eacg cylinder:
195 185 200 196

The compression test indicates a potentiall bad ring. Go get a leak down test to confirm it.
