Default who has upgraded valves?

My head is off and I'm thinking about upgrading the valves but not oversized. Any feedback or pros and cons?

unless your running turbo or nitrious the stock valves will be fine.

I have 16 bent valves and stainless steel valves with swirl marks are the same price as oem ones. I need to make a decision in the next day or two and I am clueless as to the benfits of upgrading valves.

I am doing my cams and valvetrain at the end of the month. I ordered ITR intake valves. Mine as well. Supposed to flow a little better, and be a little lighter.

I might go with ferrea valves but I read that a downside is the these valves won't bend, they just break off with contact , that is a scary thought.
Decisions decisions....
feedback still appreciated

My head is currently being worked on by portflow. I am having the whole works done, port/polish etc.., I also going with the whole Ferrea valve train. I have done alot of research on them and also asked alot of people and they had goo things to say about Ferrea, only downside they mentioned was price.
