White stuff on head?

Why is one greyish/white and the rest are black? Is there something wrong with the head?

I have seen something like that on a different motor, except the "cleaner" cylinder had a broken intake valve. There was straight up a piece of it missing, and I don't know where it went. Either way, could it be that if there's no combustion in that cylinder, the valves just get cleaned by the fuel?
