Default white oil?

yeah so..i concluded that white smoke and water coming out of my exhaust is a head gasket...but to confirm.

i open up my valve cover and i see little puddles of white oil..

That white oil is emulsified with water. If you drain the oil and you have white in there, consider dropping the pan to clean out the remainder of the gunk.

I would say that the head gasket caused the problem with the oil. Yes, replace the gasket.

Yes you need a head gasket and get the head surfaced.
Are you going to do it?
