Hey Guys,

'97 Civic LX auto.

There seems to be a high pitched whine coming from inside the engine. At idle it is quieter but is constant, you can hear it over the engine. When I'm out driving there is a very loud almost whistle sound that comes begins mid range through the rev's and get's louder until the gear change... then it basically start's building up again before the next gear change... weirdest thing ever.

Any ideas?
